VIPANIQ sells made-to-order apparel and merchandise.

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary depending on device screens and settings.
  • Small variations in print placement, color tones, and garment sizing are normal.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product, service, or collection without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Most VIPANIQ products are produced only after an order is placed.

Because items are custom-made:

  • Orders enter production shortly after confirmation.
  • Order cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
  • Returns are limited as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details and size charts before placing an order.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from VIPANIQ.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order.
  • Limit quantities purchased.
  • Refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
  • Cancel orders containing pricing errors or product inaccuracies.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

VIPANIQ is not responsible for delays caused by:

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the carrier.

VIPANIQ products are manufactured on demand.

Returns are generally not accepted for:

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
